Report cloud sharing not available. how do i get my diagnostics to cloud?

    my diagnostics reports doesnt upload to cloud after i saved my reports. It suddenly not uploading my reports to cloud please need assistance.

    Same issue on my MaxiSys MS906BT--it was uploading to cloud OK before and I was
    able to sent SMS and email no problem--- and not recently maybe 2-3 months it
    Stopped uploading to Cloud. I restarted Tablet several times and tried home WiFi and
    work WiFi and to iphone hotspot to try different WiFi settings -- but still same problem.
    I think its on Autel side something bogged down.
